Birthday present for my wife's son who's into camping, fishing, boating and horseback riding. "PERFECT GIFT"! He's what you would call a true outdoorsman! I highly recommend this product!!!!!

I like the idea of these, that these aren't laminated but printed on credit card plastic. THOUGH, out of curiosity, I looked through each set, and when you start doing that, you realize, there are a lot of repeats. Also, I don't know if I'd have included such basic knots as the square knot or half-hitch. Since I kind of took this set to be a set for an intermediate knot tier to have on hand for refreshing themselves with. THOUGH, with that said, over half of these knots were literally new to me. Making it feel like at the very least at $82 for the set, I got my money's worth.

The short of it is... Overall a great set, and would recommend. Though, the carabiners included are cheap and won't hold up to anything of value, luckily there was a wire loop included, and I used that for all the card sets.

At first I thought they were very overpriced, but when I got them, I could tell right away that they are quality. I like how they are in categories too so you can just take the one(s) you need with you and leave the rest at home. There are TONS of knots too. I definitely don't have an issue with the price after getting these in my hands. What a helpful, cool idea. Sometimes I find myself just sitting on the couch watching TV and learning new knots. Great skill to have, and these are a great way to learn. They explain how to tie each knot very clearly as well. They even tell you the history of the knot, and the best situation to use it. Awesome.
